An all-in-one platform for the pickleball community — clubs, events, memberships, coaching, and a built-in store, with secure direct payouts.
The problem
The pickleball world was scattered across group chats, spreadsheets, and a half-dozen apps. Clubs had no single place to run events, sell memberships, coordinate coaching, and get paid — and players had no home base.
Our approach
- Designed a glassmorphic, light-and-dark UI system that feels native on iOS and Android while sharing a codebase with the marketing web app.
- Built club management, event registration, memberships, and coaching scheduling on Firebase for real-time sync.
- Wired secure direct payouts with Apple Pay and Google Pay so clubs collect money without leaving the app.
- Shipped a built-in store for gear and merch with the same checkout rails.

ClearRx

The problem
For people with low vision or who are blind, prescription labels are tiny, dense, and dangerous to misread. Existing tools were clinical, hard to navigate, and not built hands-free.
Our approach
- Designed a voice-first experience that works entirely hands-free — scan a label, hear it read back, ask follow-up questions.
- Layered an AI assistant that answers medication questions in plain language while staying HIPAA-minded with sensitive data.
- Made accessibility the default, not an afterthought: large type, high contrast, full screen-reader support.

- A genuinely independent way to manage medication without sighted help.
- AI answers that turn a confusing label into a conversation.

Household tax system
A multi-entity tax tracking dashboard that organizes filings, deductions, and documents across an entire household in one private, secure place.
The problem
A family managing several entities — personal returns, an LLC, rental income — was drowning in spreadsheets and scattered PDFs. Deadlines slipped, deductions got missed, and no one had a single view of where each filing stood.
Our approach
- Modeled each tax entity as a first-class object with its own filings, deductions, and document vault.
- Built a dashboard that rolls every entity up into one status view — what's filed, what's pending, what's owed.
- Added deduction tracking with categories and running totals so nothing gets left on the table.
- Kept sensitive documents in secure, access-controlled storage.
The result
- One private dashboard replacing a stack of spreadsheets.
- Every filing's status visible at a glance across all entities.
- Shipped and in active use by a private client.
PostLab
A Python CLI that automates content production end to end with the Anthropic vision API — from raw asset to caption to publish schedule.
The problem
Producing social and marketing content meant the same manual loop every time: look at an asset, write a caption, pick a time, queue it. Multiply that across dozens of posts and it ate hours that should have gone into the actual work.
Our approach
- Built a Python CLI that takes a folder of assets and runs them through the Anthropic vision API to understand each image.
- Generated on-brand captions automatically, with prompt templates the studio could tune.
- Produced a ready-to-review publish schedule so a human stays in the loop without doing the busywork.
The result
- Hours of manual captioning collapsed into a single command.
- A repeatable, on-brand content pipeline.
- Now an internal studio tool we reach for constantly.

How the plans work.
The short version: Care keeps your site running; hours build new things; unused hours roll over.
What's included in the Care Package?
Everything that keeps your existing site healthy and online: managed hosting, an SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, automatic backups, security monitoring, and all software/plugin/theme updates. It also covers unlimited maintenance requests (see below) and your live client portal. It does not include new design or development work — that's what dev hours are for.
Maintenance request vs. hour request — what's the difference?
A maintenance request keeps what you already have working and current — and it's included in Care. An hour request builds or changes something new — and it draws from your dev hours.
Examples of a maintenance request (included in Care)
Editing existing text or swapping an image · updating prices, hours, or a phone number · fixing a broken link · applying updates & backups · restoring from a backup · a small style tweak on an existing element (roughly 15 minutes or less). No new pages or new functionality.
Examples of an hour request (uses dev hours)
A new page or section · a new feature or form · a design change or redesign · a third-party integration · custom code · a performance or SEO project · anything that adds or changes how the site works. We estimate it up front and track it live in your portal.
How do the hours and roll-over work?
Monthly Partner includes a 3-hour bucket every month at no extra cost. Need more in a given month? Add à la carte hours anytime at $100/hr — you choose how many. Any hours you don't use roll over to the next month and keep accumulating as long as you stay a Monthly Partner (unused hours expire if you cancel).
Do all plans include the client portal?
Yes — every plan comes with your own live client portal: project stages and tasks, your hours balance, files and brand kit, payment history, and direct messaging with the studio.
How do I pay, change, or cancel?
You build and manage your plan right in the portal — adjust hours, upgrade, or cancel anytime. Subscriptions run securely on Stripe; one-off invoices go through Pixieset.
